Economic success also means social responsibility – this is what we stand by at AEB. By establishing our company-own foundation, we are fulfilling this responsibility.
The AEB-Stiftung consists of company shares of AEB SE. The strong connection between the company and the foundation is the basis of our activities. The economic success we achieve together enables us to support our projects financially. At the same time, everyone is invited to contribute their personal skills by actively working with us.
Strong together: promoting education, creating opportunities
Commitment and diversity mean a lot to us. That is why we promote educational projects for disadvantaged people that are supported and proposed by employees. This means each project has a strong driver, a strong voice that drives the initiative forward and communicates it internally and externally.

The AEB-Stiftung not only provides monetary support for projects, it also supports the engagement of AEB employees. In addition, the versatile facilities of the AEB headquarters in Stuttgart are made available for select events.
The AEB-Stiftung's core focus is to strengthen equal opportunities for access to education. Education here can refer to both school education and the discovery and nurture of other (extracurricular) talents. Because this is key for individuals to achieve self-awareness, develop their personality, and change our world.
