Enabling education: with personal commitment and heart

By establishing an effective educational infrastructure, building networks between the right people and targeted cooperation with schools, administrations, and associations, we enable further development for disadvantaged people.

We promote IT skills, offer vocational training programs, and support people locally. A special feature of our work is that AEB employees can actively contribute to our projects during their working hours. As a company-owned foundation, we can rely on the commitment and broad support of our employees – and it is particularly important to us to actively take on board and implement their suggestions.

In this way, we create educational facilities that are more than just rooms – they are places of encounter, learning, and hope.

Responsibility grows from ideas – the AEB-Stiftung

The AEB-Stiftung is more than an institution – it is a living promise. Born from the vision of our shareholders and supported by the people who work at AEB, it combines entrepreneurial values with personal commitment.

It is not just company shares that flow into it, but above all the lifeblood, time, and passion of our employees. More and more of them are getting involved, are contributing ideas, and are helping to shape the future – for a fairer society, for a future worth living, and for the community that supports us all.
